Mike Maguire

Mike Maguire has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mike began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Captain and held various leadership positions. During their time in the Marines, they gained operational experience in security, stabilization, humanitarian, disaster relief, training, and advisory operations. Mike completed multiple deployments to over 15 countries in the Middle East, West Africa, Caribbean, and East Asia.

After leaving the military, Mike joined Ernst & Young as an MBA intern in the Structured Finance department. Mike later transitioned to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they worked as an Associate in the Securitized Products division.

In 2016, Mike joined HSBC as a Vice President in the Structured Finance Group. In this role, they developed securitization financing solutions for clients across various asset classes. Mike also worked with private equity and asset management firms to implement capital call and other fund financing facilities. Mike'stenure at HSBC lasted until August 2021.

Most recently, Mike co-founded Pangea, a company where they currently serve as the VP Finance.

Mike Maguire earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Miami University between 2003 and 2007. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Fordham University from 2012 to 2015. While specific months and years of obtaining additional certifications such as the Series 3, Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 are not provided, it can be inferred that Mike Maguire has acquired these certifications from their respective institutions (National Futures Association and FINRA).
