Scott Myrto

Scott Myrto has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott most recently held the position of Vice President, Operational Excellence at Parexel since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) starting in 2016, where they served as the Senior Director of Business Process Optimization | Corporate Strategy from April 2019 to February 2021, and as the Director of Process Improvement | Corporate Strategy from September 2016 to March 2019. Before that, Scott was the Senior Manager of Business Transformation at AICPA from February 2014 to September 2016. Scott also worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina as the Business Process and Change Management Lead from February 2013 to February 2014. Prior to that, Scott held the position of Director of Project Management at Select Portfolio Servicing from March 2012 to February 2013. Lastly, they served as the Director of Strategic Projects (Vice President Level) at Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia from January 2010 to March 2012.

Scott Myrto holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Business Administration from Meredith College. Scott also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Sociology from the State University of New York Cortland. In addition to their degrees, Scott has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from North Carolina State University. Scott also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2012.
