Lori Dipprey serves as the Chief People Architect for Pariveda Solutions, a leading management consulting company whose mission is to develop people towards their highest potential. Pariveda’s application and advancement of its mission is a key contribution to why they are ranked among the best places to work in each of their local markets. Lori’s career started in software development and management consulting. After spending much of her career in software consulting, Lori moved into a formal leadership development role where she was able to focus on how her company grew the careers of each employee. A major component of Lori’s role today at Pariveda is to identify and institutionalize innovative ways to expand learning across the organization and empower employees to reach for their highest potential throughout their career at Pariveda and beyond. She now works with Pariveda’s clients so they too can leverage the same innovative approaches to help them develop people development strategies - putting people at the forefront of transforming business and how you can deliver greater value to your customers.
