Sneha Raman

Sneha Raman has held a variety of roles in the finance and operations industry since 2009. Sneha began their career as a Finance Intern at IBM, where they reduced expense reimbursement processing lead time by 35% and reduced quarterly audit findings and queries by 75%. In 2010, they became a Finance Associate at Globrands FZE. In 2011, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Sales Strategy and Planning Analyst, where they led the weekly Middle East business forecast calls, supported the monthly/quarterly reviews with the management team, and analyzed the overall business unit performance from an operational, customer and segment perspective. In 2014, they returned to Globrands FZE as a Business Development Associate, where they monitored brand evaluation projects against time, budget and quality standards and managed brand portfolio milestone reports. In 2017, they joined Passion.io as a People Operations Manager, then moved to a Finance and Operations Manager role, before becoming a Business Development and Finance Intern.

Sneha Raman completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy and Marketing from Esade between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from ACCA between 2008 and 2012. Sneha also completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from University of Wollongong in Dubai between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Introduction to Interior Designing from The Centre for Executive Education (CEE) and Introduction to Oil Painting from Lotus Educational Institute.
