Diana Norton has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. Diana most recently worked as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Passport, where they provided high-touch customer support and implemented logistics solutions for diverse brands. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Account Management at Vector Solutions, overseeing a team of 13 and maximizing profitability across multiple product lines. Diana Norton completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization at Smith College in 2009. Diana then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at New York University from 2011 to 2013. During their time at New York University, they also engaged in an externship as a Project Associate at Opening Act.
