Sonja Saporito

Sonja Saporito has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Sonja started their career at Deloitte Real Estate as a Tax Manager, specializing in Small Business and Real Estate Partnerships. Sonja then moved on to PNC Multifamily Capital as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they conducted quantitative analysis and forecast modeling for rental real estate investments. After that, they joined Homestead Capital as a Director of Finance, providing expert financial analysis for a multimillion-dollar non-profit real estate organization. Following their time at Homestead Capital, Sonja worked at Holland Partner Group as the Director of Finance and Accounting, where they led efforts to attract and develop talent to support growth in construction projects across multiple states. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Pavilion Construction, where they collaborate with clients and key decision makers to accomplish their objectives.

Sonja Saporito attended the University of Portland from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In September 2003, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Oregon Board of Accountancy.
