Susan Hotzel

Susan Hotzel has extensive experience in operational leadership and client services. Susan worked at Paycor as the Vice President of Client Services and later as the Director of Client Services. Prior to that, they held various director-level positions at Sprint Nextel, where they led contact center operations, business transformation, and business systems and processes. Susan also worked at Airtouch Cellular - Cellular One as the Director of Customer Care and Customer Administration, managing multiple call centers and implementing performance management practices. Susan is currently seeking new opportunities.

Susan Hotzel attended The University of Kansas from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
