Tendai Motsi-Sibandze

Tendai Motsi-Sibandze is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in employer branding and recruiting across multiple regions. Currently, Tendai serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager, Employer Branding, and Graduate & Future Leaders Lead for South Africa at PepsiCo. Previous roles include Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and various senior sourcing positions at Nestlé, as well as managerial and consultancy positions at Heidrick & Struggles, Amrop Landelahni, and The Career Hub. Tendai holds a Master's degree in Industrial Sociology and Labour Studies and an Honors degree in the same field, both from the University of Pretoria.
