Elise Wingate

Elise Wingate has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Elise is currently employed at PhRMA, where they have held various positions including Senior Director, Advocacy & Strategic Alliances, Director, Advocacy & Strategic Alliances, Senior Manager, Advocacy & Strategic Alliances, and Manager, Advocacy & Strategic Alliances. Prior to their time at PhRMA, Elise worked as a Political Affairs Administrator at DaVita Kidney Care. Elise also worked at CHPA as a Manager of Communications and Communications Assistant. Additionally, they gained experience at Novartis as a Government and Public Affairs Assistant, and at Kay Hagan for Senate as a Finance Intern. Earlier in their career, Elise worked as an Intern at Lillian's List, U.S. House of Representatives, and U.S. House of Representatives.

Elise Wingate attended the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2009 to 2011. Elise then transferred to North Carolina State University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from 2011 to 2013.
