Tiago Almeida has a diverse professional background, with experience in customer success, human resources, and sales. Currently working at Pipedrive since October 2019, Tiago holds multiple titles including Manager of Customer Success and Growth Team Lead. Prior to this, Tiago worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Human Resources Trainee and at Decathlon Portugal as a Vendedor Desportista. Tiago is currently pursuing a degree in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation from thePower, building on their previous education in Human Resource Management from the University of Lisbon.
