Courtney Larisey has over 18 years of professional experience. Courtney began their career in 2002 as an Account Director at News Corp, where they consulted with clients to secure new business and achieved 164% of their personal sales goals. In 2005, Courtney moved to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as a Real Estate Consultant, where they analyzed supply, demand, and pricing data and presented to clients to achieve sale and purchase goals. In 2013, Courtney joined Intuit as a Customer Success Manager and Account Executive, where they analyzed market trends, strategized and executed marketing plans, and advised on email content marketing and A/B testing best practices. In 2016, Courtney moved to ServiceRocket as a Customer Success Manager, where they strategized with enterprise clients to amplify the success of their training business and optimize their use of a Learning Management System. In 2018, Courtney joined Pendo.io as a Team Lead, EMEA Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, EMEA, and Customer Success Manager.
