Cathy Pitt

As the chief security officer for Plex, Cathy Pitt is responsible for managing our comprehensive enterprise-wide information security and risk management program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information owned, controlled, or processed by Plex. Cathy is a tenured security expert and has held leadership roles at major enterprise technology solutions providers Cisco and HP and most recently at global learning company Pearson. Cathy attended Colorado Technical University, where she earned an MBA, Master of Computer Science Information Security, Master of Administration, Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managing Information Systems. She holds multiple cloud and security certifications and has served as an adjunct professor of computer sciences security.
