Maddie began their career in 2014 as the Operations Manager at Harper Lane Jewellery, where they were responsible for Human Resource Management, Production Management, and Events Management and Design. In 2021, Maddie joined Hunt & Co. as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in UX/UI and Product for the IT sector. Her duties included assessing client requirements, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and salary negotiations.
