Kevin Kopczynski has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Kevin currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Plug Power, where they are responsible for acquisitions, corporate strategy, financing, and partnership development. Previously, they held the role of Senior Director of Corporate Development at First Solar, where they led external sourcing and the development of renewable hydrogen business opportunities. Before that, Kevin was the President and CEO of Enki Technology, where they played a key role in developing the company's core value proposition and establishing partnerships with solar module producers. Additionally, they worked as a Partner at RockPort Capital Partners, overseeing investment sourcing and due diligence. Kevin's earlier experience includes roles at Ascension Industries, Northern Power Systems, IQuum, and Arthur D. Little, where they gained expertise in areas such as executive leadership, project management, and product development.

Kevin Kopczynski attended Princeton University from 1994 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. From 1998 to 1999, they pursued further education at Stanford University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, from 2006 to 2008, Kevin attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
