Lena Lodzinska

Lena Lodzinska, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and training. As the Founder and Director of Inside Out Global since 2012, Lena has dedicated efforts toward transforming lives and organizations through various coaching methods. Lena currently serves as a Senior DEI Associate at Pluribus, a consultancy focused on fostering inclusion and leveraging workforce diversity. Previous roles include CEM Coach at Ford Motor Company, where contributions focused on leadership and employee engagement, and multiple marketing positions at Yahoo! and Deutsche Telekom AG. Lena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, an Executive MBA from EAE Business School, and credentials in mindfulness instruction from UMass Chan Medical School.
