Nadim Kilzi

Chief Supply Chain Officer at PLZ

Nadim Kilzi is the current Chief Supply Chain Officer at PLZ, a position they have held since December of 2018.

Prior to their current role, Kilzi served as the Senior Vice President of Hot Beverage Manufacturing and International Supply Chain Operations at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from December 2016 to December 2018.

Kilzi began their career at Starbucks, where they served in various roles from December 2012 to December 2014, including Vice President of Global Manufacturing, and Director of Supply Chain Operations for the Kent and Portland Plants.

Nadim then spent three years at Kraft Foods from December 2007 to December 2010, first as Plant Manager and then as Director of Business Development and Engineering for Milka Europe. Their final role at Kraft Foods was Director of Operational Excellence for Global Cheese and Dairy.

Kilzi has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Nadim Kilzi attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they earned their MBA. Nadim also attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, where they earned their BS. Finally, they attended Collège Mariste Champville.

They work with Melissa Detamble - Chief Human Resource Officer, Shaun Gaus - President, Personal Care, and Kevin Rule - Chief Financial Officer. Nadim Kilzi reports to Aaron Erter, Chief Executive Officer.
