Theresa Freet

Theresa Freet has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Theresa currently serves as the Head of Customer Operations at Polygence since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Thinkful for six years, holding positions such as Director of Educator Experience, where they managed daily operations for over 1,000 online students and built an Operations team in Delhi, India. Theresa also served as the Head of Technical Education Delivery and Engineering Immersion Program Director at Thinkful.

Before Thinkful, Theresa worked at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for three years, starting as an Education Operations Coordinator and eventually becoming the Associate Dean | Education Technology. Theresa led the creation of a new learning management system and managed the Education Operations Team.

Theresa'searlier experiences include working as a Project Partnership Manager at CodeMontage, a Curriculum Researcher at SHFT Mobile Kitchen Classroom, a Mixer/Baker at Bien Cuit, and a Prep Cook at Emandal- A Farm on a River. Throughout their career, Theresa has consistently demonstrated skills in managing teams, improving operational processes, and implementing new strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

Theresa Freet earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from California State University, Long Beach, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. During their time at the university, they pursued a field of study in Spanish. In 2006 and 2007, they also attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid, although there is no information provided regarding any degrees or fields of study from that institution.

In addition to their formal education, Theresa obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed Basic Mediation Training at the New York Peace Institute.
