Regional ITN Technical Advisor, PMI Evolve at Population Services International

Prince Owusu has a diverse work experience in the field of malaria prevention and control. Prince has worked as an ITN Team Lead at Population Services International since 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Technical Advisor and Marketing Communication and Private Sector Relations Manager at Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs (JHUCCP) from 2014 to 2019. Prince also worked at Malaria Consortium, first as a National Project Officer for NetWorks from 2012 to 2014, and then as a Technical Officer for LLIN & Supply Chain for Promoting Malaria Prevention and Treatment (ProMPT) from 2009 to 2012. Prince started their career at the Academy for Educational Development as a Program Officer for NetMark from 2007 to 2009. Prince's early work experience includes working as a Sales and Marketing Representative for Malaria Vector Control at Reiss & Co (Ghana) Limited from 2003 to 2007. Throughout their career, Prince has contributed to various projects and initiatives focused on the distribution, implementation, and training related to Long Lasting Insecticide-treated Nets (LLINs) and other malaria prevention strategies.

Prince Owusu has a Master of Science in Development Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. Prince also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, General from the University of Cape Coast. Additionally, they have completed a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Wales.
