Kelly Charles

Kelly Charles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kelly began their career in 2010 as an Instructor at The Little Gym International, Inc., where they worked until 2015. In 2016, Kelly served as a Technical Intern at Covestro. Kelly then joined the University of Pittsburgh in 2014, initially as a Pitt Pathfinder - Tour Guide until 2017, and later as a Student Researcher in 2016, where they focused on engineering for humanity and conducted research on silver nanoparticles. Moving forward, Kelly became an Americorps Project Fellow at GRID Alternatives from 2017 to 2018. Most recently, they have been working at PowerFlex since 2018, starting as a Project Coordinator and progressing to Project Manager before becoming a Senior Project Manager in 2022.

Kelly Charles attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
