Eric Gates currently serves as the Field Support Manager at Pratt & Whitney Canada since November 2013, bringing extensive experience in technical support and customer service from previous roles, including Customer Service Manager at Quest Aircraft Company. With a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from St. Cloud State University, Eric has a solid background in aviation maintenance and operations, having worked in various capacities such as Technical Services Manager and A&P Technician. Eric’s career also includes significant military experience as an Aircraft Powerplant Repairer with the MN Army National Guard and a role in pollution response with the U.S. Coast Guard. In addition, Eric contributed to the aviation community as the Airport Manager and Advisory Board Chairman at Priest River Airport in a volunteer capacity.
