Thomas E. Reynolds

Trustee at Novant Health UVA Health System

Thomas E. Reynolds joined Culpeper Family Practice Associates in 1980 after completing a three-year family practice residency program at Riverside Hospital in Newport News Virginia. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1971 and the University of Virginia Medical School in 1977. He was a family physician for 35 years and then became the Chief Medical Officer at Culpeper Medical Center in 2015. He served in that role until the spring of 2018 when he retired.

Dr. Reynolds was Chair Of the Culpeper Regional Health System Board from 2012 until 2014. He is a board-certified member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is presently the medical director of the Free Clinic of Culpeper and serves on that Advisory Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Culpeper Wellness Foundation and the Piedmont Regional Dental Clinic. Dr. Reynolds is an elder in the Culpeper Presbyterian Church. He enjoys biking, skiing, and traveling.
