We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to help build out the finance function at Priori. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting. You will oversee financial matters of the organization, including helping us build capacity and practices around forecasting, revenue and expense recognition, analysis, tax and budgeting.
You’ll also play a key role in helping us raise capital and make strategic decisions that drive growth. You will work closely with team leads across the business to develop the necessary reporting to drive our business forward.
What you’ll do:
Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Work across departments to create budgets and track key performance indicators, including projects on pricing design and analysis, customer behavior and unit economics, LTV / ROI of marketing efforts, market/competitive landscape benchmarking and other data-driven analyses
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Manage the company cap table.
Oversee and review accounting, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
Manage bill pay and month end close
Communicate business case and financial impact of growth opportunities and new product initiatives.
Oversee the company’s daily cash position by maintaining our day-to-day bank relationships & evaluating new products and services
What we’re looking for:
6 - 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking or private equity
Experience working in FP&A and/or a strategic finance role at a fast-moving and growing company is a plus
Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in both G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to problem solve and execute in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
MBA or CPA a plus, but not required
