Julia Pustovoitova

Julia Pustovoitova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management across prominent companies. Currently serving as HR Director for Total Rewards, Global Benefits and Wellbeing at Procter & Gamble, Julia has previously held senior positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including Total Rewards Team Lead and Total Rewards Consultant. Julia's foundational expertise was built at Danone Dairy as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist and at Ciklum as an Administrative Assistant. Additionally, Julia contributed to the European Youth Parliament in Ukraine as a Board Member on HR. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Kyiv National Economics University, completed in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
