Sérgio Martello

Sérgio Martello has worked in various roles throughout their career. Sérgio started as a System Analyst at FGV in 1996, where they eventually became a Team Leader. At BM&FBOVESPA, they worked as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2008. Sérgio then joined CPqD as an IT Governance Consultant for Banco Nossa Caixa, focusing on strategic IT direction and implementation planning. After that, they worked at TPI RH as a Business Analysis Consultant for AVON, collecting and transmitting business requirements. Sérgio then joined Avon Cosmetics as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for collecting and defining business requirements for IT projects. Sérgio stayed with Avon for a long period, until 2019. Sérgio then worked at Bayer Crop Science as an Integration Architect before moving to Klin Produtos Infantis as a Senior Business System Analyst. In 2022, they joined Propz as a Product Owner, and later that year, they moved to XP Inc. as a Site Reliability Engineer.

Sérgio Martello obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. Later, they pursued their MBA in Enterprise and Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2002 to 2003. In terms of certifications, Sérgio Martello obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in January 2017. Sérgio also earned the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) credential from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in September 2019. Additionally, Sérgio Martello obtained the Profissional SRE certification from IGTI in October 2022.
