Michelle Mowatt

Michelle Mowatt has had a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Michelle currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at GBS Enterprises since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at iQor for 12 years in the role of Learning & Development - Leadership Facilitator/Instructional Designer. Michelle'sresponsibilities included developing and training new hire curriculum, analyzing training needs, and providing ongoing training and guidance to existing employees. Before iQor, Michelle worked at Doctor Diabetics Supply as a Global Corporate Training Manager where they created overall training and development plans, managed curriculum development for sales training, and oversaw a team of sales trainers.

Michelle Mowatt has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Organizational Development from Florida International University - College of Business. Michelle also has an Associate of Science - AS degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from American InterContinental University. Additionally, Michelle has a certification in Instructional Design from Florida International University.
