He has established a measure of success that focuses on giving back to communities and allows employees to better themselves personally and professionally.

As Group CEO across the Rosewood Family of Companies, Chandler oversees ProVantage Corporate Solutions, InDemand Services, Cruxos, Penmarc Inspired Spaces, and Southern Concepts Design & Build. Under his supervision, Chandler's companies offer various services throughout North America, including staffing, project management, retail services, and software development.

Chandler has been recognized in the community on several occasions by the Triangle Business Journal, winning the 40 under 40 award, the Fast 50 award, and an appearance in the Book of Lists. His philanthropic endeavors have also earned him recognition as a Top Philanthropic Company in the RTP by the Triangle Business Journal numerous times. Chandler has a B.S. in Criminology and Psychology from Florida State University and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he serves on the Law Board of Visitors.
