Amrita Mohanty

Amrita Mohanty has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Amrita started their career at Collabera Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process and mentored junior recruiters. Amrita then transitioned into the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on technical and non-technical skills. In 2021, Amrita worked at ALOIS Staffing as a Talent Acquisition Lead, responsible for recruiting exempt and executive leadership positions and building relationships with business leaders in the USA. Amrita also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at KPMG and Johnson Controls, where they sourced suitable candidates, coordinated interviews, and implemented sourcing strategies. More recently, Amrita worked at ShyftLabs and Publicis Re:Sources as a Talent Acquisition Lead, leading the recruitment efforts and managing the recruiting lifecycle. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process and has extensive experience in sourcing candidates from various platforms and websites.

Amrita Mohanty completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2012 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor's of Technology (Btech) in Computer Science. Amrita also holds a Digital Recruitment Certification from Collabera Inc.
