Brandon Steger

Brandon Steger is a seasoned instructional design professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Puget Sound Energy, Brandon analyzes training requirements and develops instructional systems. Previously, at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Brandon led a software team focused on online assessments and developed ADA WCAG 2 compliant content. Experience includes roles such as Instructional Design Consultant at Mosaic, where Brandon utilized the ADDIE model for training solutions, and Training Applications Specialist at Comtel Systems Technology, where training curricula for various users were designed. Earlier roles involved designing and developing training content for esteemed organizations such as Google, Uber, and Microsoft. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Animation and Special Effects from Ex'pressions College for Digital Arts.
