Solomon Howard

Solomon Howard has a diverse background in various industries, with a focus on people and business sustainability as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion. In their current role as VP of People & Business Sustainability at Quanata, they are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of initiatives to promote sustainability and inclusive practices within the organization. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Sustainability and the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Quanata.

Before joining Quanata, Solomon worked as the VP of People and Business Sustainability at HiRoad, where they played a key role in driving sustainable and inclusive practices within the company. Solomon also worked at Evidation Health, where they focused on managing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

Prior to their experience in the technology and healthcare industries, Solomon served as the Executive Director at EOBA, where they led the organization's strategic initiatives. Solomon also held leadership roles at Uber, Deem, Inc., YottaMark, Latin American Youth Center, and the U.S. Department of Justice, where they gained valuable experience in operations management, community outreach, and support services.

Solomon Howard holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University. Solomon also pursued studies in Diversity and Inclusion at Cornell University. In addition to their academic achievements, Solomon has obtained various certifications including Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), HR Management, Systems & Administration from Stanford University, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from IASSC, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) from the American Safety Council, Inc, Project Management Professional (PMP) from The George Washington University, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from California State University.
