Nancy Holtze MCC has over 25 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Nancy Holtze MCC has a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nancy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various certifications including KF360, KFALP, KFLA, and KF4D Practitioner from Korn Ferry. Nancy also holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification and an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. Along with these, they have a certification as a Certified Executive Leadership Coach from Cheryl Alexander & Associates, Inc. Other certifications include Licensed Teacher, State of MN from the State of Minnesota, and certifications as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner, PREPARE Practitioner, and Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner.
