Yadira Gonzalez is a highly experienced Senior Food Scientist and Consumer Sensory Scientist at Quorn Foods. With a background in research and academia, Yadira has worked on projects involving biopolymer functionality, food waste valorization, and texture perception in food products. Yadira's extensive experience includes roles as a Research Fellow at various universities and as a Laboratory Demonstrator, College Classroom Teacher, and Intern at different organizations. Yadira holds a PhD in Food Science, an MSc in Food Science, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering.
