Tracey Willey

Tracey Willey is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of People at Raintree Systems, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this role, Tracey held various leadership positions at Panalgo, including Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources and Financial Operations, from 2013 to 2022. Tracey also served as Chief Operating Officer at Rath & Strong, LLC from 2008 to 2013 and as Director of Finance and Administration at Aon Management Consulting from 1999 to 2008. Tracey Willey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Gordon College.
