Michael Vencill

Michael Vencill has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Michael currently works at Ramsey Solutions as a Director of Quality Engineering, where they are responsible for driving quality initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Lexipol as a Software Quality Assurance Manager and a Support Engineer. Michael also has experience working as an Automotive Software Re-programmer at ZallionSpeed. Additionally, Michael has held roles at In-N-Out Burger, Irvine Unified School District, Sprint, Costco Wholesale, Camp James, and Irvine Pet Complex in various positions such as Operations Support Coordinator, Social Studies Teacher, Vision Expert, Greeter/Cashier, Summer Camp Counselor, and Assistant Supervisor.

Michael Vencill, CSM has a strong education history. In 2001, they began their undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History with an emphasis in education in 2006. In 2008, Michael pursued further education at California State University, Fullerton, obtaining a California Preliminary Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Science Teacher Education by 2009. In 2013, they attended Villanova University to study the Essentials of Software Testing. Additionally, Michael has acquired various certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023, and the Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
