Varsha Raghav

Varsha Raghav has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Varsha started their career as a Recruiter at Right Advisors Private Limited in June 2017, where they focused on providing resource solutions to meet clients' business needs. In October 2017, they joined NovelVox as an HR professional, specializing in delivering software products to various industries across different countries. After two years, they moved to HestaBit in November 2019 as a Human Resources Generalist, where they worked on consulting, developing, and managing disruptive startups. Currently, Varsha is serving as the Head of HR at Rapid Innovation, a company that helps businesses build user-friendly blockchain apps without technical expertise. With their expertise and leadership, Varsha has contributed to the success of each organization they have worked for.

Varsha Raghav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Maharshi Dayanand University. Varsha attended the university from 2015 to 2017.
