Robert Knapp has a solid work history in the field of incident response and security. Robert began their career as an IT Intern at E&A Credit Union in 2010. After that, they joined Quicken Loans as a Desktop Support technician in 2012 and later transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Support Analyst. In 2013, they became an Information Security Analyst at Quicken Loans and held this position until 2017.

In 2017, Robert joined Rapid7 as an Incident Response Consultant. Over the years, they progressed in their career within the company, starting as a Consultant and eventually becoming a Principal Incident Response Consultant. Robert held this role until 2021, when they were promoted to Senior Manager of Incident Response Services.
