Dora Elena Soliman

Dora Elena Soliman has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Dora Elena started their career at Denny's Corporate Office as the Director of Diversity Affairs, where they implemented new hiring practices and led diversity training. Dora Elena then joined NASCAR as the Senior Manager of Diversity Affairs, where they increased minority representation and participation in the sport through the formation of the NASCAR Diversity Council and the creation of the Diversity Talent Development Program. After that, they worked at Fox Networks Group as the Manager of University Relations & Diversity Recruiting, managing high levels of recruiting activity and sourcing candidates from targeted competitors. Dora Elena then moved on to WD, a Western Digital company, as the Senior Manager of Human Resources, overseeing university relations and diversity recruiting efforts.
