Pedro Andres Rubiano

Pedro Andres Rubiano is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in innovation, partnerships, and community engagement. Currently serving as the National Manager of Innovation and Partnerships at Reading Partners since February 2024, Pedro has previously held impactful roles such as Competition Facilitator at SuitUp Incorporated and Community Liaison for the Office of Assemblymember Linda B. Rosenthal. With a strong background in education and public service, Pedro played significant roles at EY-Parthenon as an Experience Manager and as a Lead Field Organizer for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for Congress. Prior to these positions, Pedro dedicated time at PRACTICE Benefit Corp in various capacities and contributed as Post-Completion Mentoring Coordinator for Esperanza NY, Inc. Educationally, Pedro holds a Master's degree in Education Policy and Social Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from New York University.
