Meghna Majmudar

Meghna Majmudar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Meghna has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and marketing and communications. Meghna has a strong background in creating and implementing innovative strategies and methodologies to support leaders from underrepresented and marginalized groups, as well as activating executives and leadership teams to engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Meghna has also excelled in overseeing marketing, communications, and business development efforts, and has experience in project management and client liaison roles. Meghna's ability to build and manage complex client situations, along with their strategic thinking and empathetic approach, have been recognized throughout their career.

Meghna Majmudar holds an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Health Economics at the University of Cape Town from 2001 to 2002. Meghna completed their undergraduate education at Harvard University, where they obtained an AB degree in Anthropology from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their academic degrees, Meghna Majmudar also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the certification of Transformational NLP Practitioner from NLP Marin. The previous year, in 2018, they obtained the certification of Master NLP Practitioner, also from NLP Marin. In 2016, they received certification in the MBTI (Meyers-Briggs Type Instrument) from the MBTI Foundation.
