Krystle Okialda-Chase

Krystle Okialda-Chase has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Krystle began their career in 2011 as a Summer Intern at Genentech. In 2012, they moved to Aerotek as a Scientific Recruiter. In 2013, they worked as a Contract Technical Sourcer at Google. Krystle then returned to Genentech in 2014 as a Contract Staffing Consultant. In 2015, they joined Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2017, they moved to AbbVie as a Manager, Talent Acquisition, R&D and Senior Recruiter, R&D. In 2019, they were an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Ambys Medicines. Currently, they are an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at ReCode Therapeutics.

Krystle Okialda-Chase earned a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutics from the University of Washington between 2009 and 2012. Krystle also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2004 and 2009. Additionally, Krystle obtained a certification in Targeted Selection: Program Manager from DDI | Development Dimensions International in December 2016.
