Lisa Steffens Cline has a rich work experience spanning several companies. Lisa started their career at RR Donnelley in 2003 as a Junior Level Print Production Account Specialist, where they gained experience in client engagement, job coordination, manufacturing support, and mentoring. Lisa then moved up to become a Print Production Account Specialist, taking on additional responsibilities such as overseeing the 5S Lean Manufacturing transition, leading the department's changes to become 5S certified, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Lisa joined Grey Healthcare Group in 2011 as a Senior Account Executive, where they excelled in managing client accounts. In 2014, they transitioned to Red Fuse Communications, first as a Global Manager and later as a Senior Manager, Global Operations. Lisa'srole at Red Fuse involved overseeing global operations and managing day-to-day activities.
