Mary Anderson's work experience begins with their role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at REDICO and American House starting in November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Org Health Partners LLC from January 2020 to November 2020.

Before joining Org Health Partners LLC, Mary held positions at Ford Motor Company. From May 2018 to October 2019, they served as the Executive HR Director, Global Markets and Mobility, overseeing HR and OD work across multiple regions. Mary played a significant role in Ford's global restructuring, the creation of a Human Centered Design organization, and the alignment of mobility services.

Mary's tenure at Ford also includes the role of Director, Human Resources, Global Product Development from October 2014 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for HR and OD work for Ford's Product Development organization worldwide, leading a global team of HR professionals. Notable achievements include staffing software engineers, the establishment of Ford's autonomous vehicle organization, and the merging of the Product Development and Supply Chain Management functions.

Prior to their work at Ford, Mary served as the Director of HR & OD, Product Development at General Motors from 1998 to 2001. Their early career began at GE Healthcare, Aircraft Engines, & Plastics Businesses, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 1986 to 1988.

Mary Anderson has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University. Mary also holds a Masters in HR&LR from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Mary has obtained several certifications throughout their education. These certifications include EQI - Emotional Intelligence Certificate from OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates) in April 2020, TKI - Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument from Discovery Learning International in September 2013, CSI - Change Styles Indicator Certification from Discovery Learning International in June 2011, MBTI Certification from Discovery Learning International in November 2010, and Gestalt Executive Coaching from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in June 2009.
