Paul Lacy-Smith is an accomplished procurement executive with extensive experience in leading global supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer at Restaurant Brands International since January 2016, Paul oversees a global team to ensure sustainable and cost-effective supply of food, paper, beverages, capital expenditures, and services. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at Burger King Corporation, including Chief Procurement Officer, Vice President of Development for APAC, and Senior Director in EMEA, where strategic supply chain management and franchise development were key focuses. Prior experience includes directing procurement for Johnson & Johnson's Consumer Division across EMEA, consulting at Capgemini, and sales at Procter & Gamble. Paul holds a Master's degree in Chinese (Mandarin) from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and completed an Executive Programme on Sustainability Strategies at IMD.
