Kelly O'Brien

Kelly O'Brien has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry. Kelly recently served as the Vice President of Operations at The Results Companies. Prior to that, they were a Senior Site Director at Alorica from 2016 to 2019. Kelly also held management positions at Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica) and APAC Customer Services, where they worked as a Senior Site Director, Site Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager, and Center Business Manager.

Kelly O'Brien has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ashford University.
