Artem Astashkin

Artem Astashkin has a diverse range of work experience. Artem started their career in 2007 at EPAM Systems, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, participating in various projects utilizing the .NET platform. From 2010 to 2011, they worked for Moscow Central Depository as a Lead Software Engineer, where they designed the architecture for an Internal Corporate System and successfully integrated it with internal systems. Artem then joined Mind in 2011 as a Project Manager and Product Owner, managing a development team and overseeing the development of the Billing System and integration projects with Telecom Companies. In 2014, they founded and served as the CEO of an online store. From 2012 to 2016, Artem worked for CROC as a Technical Project Manager, leading teams in the development and implementation of complex Enterprise systems and mobile applications. Finally, since 2016, they have been employed at Retail Rocket as a Software Development Team Lead, where they are responsible for product development, architecture, and mentoring new employees. Artem has achieved various key accomplishments, such as launching new products, migrating services to microservices architecture, and successfully developing and launching complex systems.

Artem Astashkin attended RMA - Moscow Business School from 2018 to 2019 and studied Management in IT Business. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they pursued their Master Degree of Software Development at Ulyanovsk State Technical University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Digital Project Manager - A+ from RDC - Russian Digital Certification in April 2019.
