João Mouro

João Mouro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various roles within the IT industry. João is currently employed as a Senior Scrum Master at Revel Systems since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at Credit Suisse from September 2020 to April 2021. From February 2017 to July 2020, João served as an Agile Program Manager at Credit Suisse, and also held the position of Scrum Master / Requirements Engineer from February 2014 to January 2017 within the same company. Before joining Credit Suisse, they worked as a Partner at FS-360 from November 2018 to December 2019. João's earlier experiences include working as an Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking SME - TODO Programme at Luminor Lietuva from November 2011 to October 2013, Deputy Manager of Information Technology at Banco Económico from July 2009 to July 2011, Flexcube Universal Banking Technical Consultant at Oracle from January 2007 to June 2009, Senior Oracle Technical Consultant at Edinfor a LogicaCMG Company from July 2005 to December 2006, Oracle Technical Consultant / Team Lead at Able Solutions from September 2003 to June 2005, and Oracle Technical Consultant at GSI from September 2000 to August 2003.

João Mouro obtained their Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Instituto Superior de Gestão. João completed their degree from 1994 to 2000. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their education and career. These certifications include being a Professional Scrum Master II (obtained in November 2021) and a Professional Scrum Master I (obtained in November 2020) from Scrum.org. João also holds a certification as a Certified Expert in Financial Inclusion Policy from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, which they obtained in October 2019. Furthermore, they have a PRINCE2 Foundation certification awarded by APMG-International, acquired in November 2011.
