Elizabeth Boon has worked in the automotive industry since 2015. Elizabeth began their career at Todd Wenzel Automotive as a Customer Retention Specialist, where they were responsible for outbound and inbound customer retention. Elizabeth then moved to Fox Motors as a Customer Experience Advisor/Sales Consultant, where they answered internet inquiries and maintained a call center database. In 2017, they joined GR Auto Gallery as a Gallery Relations/Sales Support, managing the correspondence between sales teams and their clients. In 2020, they began working at DealerOn, Inc as a Customer Success Manager and Inside Sales Representative.
