François Guyeux

François Guyeux is the Chief People Officer at RIMES Technologies. François has held this position since November 2020.

Previously, François was the Managing Director of Human Resources at BlackRock from February 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief People Officer at eFront, a Bridgepoint portfolio company that was acquired by BlackRock in May 2019.

Before their time at eFront, François was the Strategic HR Business Partner to EMEA South West and AGS at Adobe from May 2015 to May 2016. Prior to Adobe, François spent 7 years at SAP, where they were the HR Director for The Netherlands & HRBP EMEA COO from June 2008 to February 2015.

Before joining SAP, François worked as the EMEA Career Development Manager at Business Objects from September 2007 to May 2008. In this role, they designed frameworks and led team redeployment projects.

Prior to Business Objects, François was the HR Manager - Corporate at Cartesis from November 2005 to August 2007. Before Cartesis, they were the HR Manager France at Novell from June 2002 to October 2005.

François began their career as an HR Analyst at Cambridge Technology Partners from April 2000 to June 2002.

François Guyeux studied at the Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) for their ecofi degree and then at Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques for their political science degree.

François Guyeux reports to Brad Hunt, CEO. They are on a team with Renaud Larzilliere - CTO, Diarmuid O’donovan - COO, and Justin Brickwood - Head of BDS and ETF Business Segments.
