Kıvanç Tuncer

Kıvanç Tuncer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kıvanç started their career as a Help Desk Support Specialist at a textile company in 2006. Kıvanç then worked as a Trainee at Pfizer in 2013 before moving on to become a Junior System/Operation Administrator at Migros from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Kıvanç worked as a Junior Information Security Consultant on a project basis at NetCore Bilisim Hizmetleri A.Ş., where they gained experience in compliance with Information Security Standards, risk analysis, and ISO 27001 certification. Kıvanç also performed vulnerability assessments and attended various security trainings during this role.

From 2017 to 2018, Kıvanç served as an Information Security Consultant at BTRisk, where they were responsible for vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and source code analysis for application security.

Following this, Kıvanç joined Experis as an Executive Search & Selection Consultant - IT & Technical Recruiter from 2018 to 2019, where they played a crucial role in the start-up phase of Experis Turkey. Kıvanç managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including contracting, searching, technical interviews, headhunting, and assessments. Kıvanç also worked on outsource and mass recruitment projects.

From 2019 to 2021, Kıvanç served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at DefineX - ConsultingITechnologyILabs, a scale-up company founded by Accenture alumni. In this role, they overachieved monthly recruiting targets and played an active role in the company's growth.

More recently, Kıvanç worked as a People & Culture Manager at Yolda.com from 2021 to 2023. Kıvanç built the People & Culture functions from scratch in this role, contributing to the company's success as a digital freight forwarder.

Currently, Kıvanç Tuncer holds the position of Turkey Recruitment Lead at rinf.tech, a technology solutions company specializing in custom software development. Kıvanç joined the company in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing recruitment activities in Turkey.

Kıvanç Tuncer has a diverse education history. Kıvanç obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Anadolu University, where they studied from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they received an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from İzmir Kavram Vocational School, where they attended from 2012 to 2015. Kıvanç also has a High School Diploma in Music from Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, which they obtained in 2011.
