Jenn Cornelius

Jenn Cornelius has a wide range of work experience. Jenn began their career in 2001 as a District Manager for The Sak. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Manager of Training, Field Team for Pacific Sunwear. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Regional Human Resource Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. From 2009 to 2019, they held various roles at Apple, including Head of Organization Effectiveness, Apple Inc., Head of People Team, North and South America, Apple Retail, Senior Manager, Organization Effectiveness, Apple Inc., and Senior Manager, Regional People Team Leader, Apple Retail. In 2019, they became the Chief People Officer for sweetgreen. In 2020, they were an Advisor & Managing Director for Simple Collective and Head of Future of Work and Organization Change for Pinterest. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer (CHRO) and Head of Retail for Ritual.

Jenn Cornelius received their Masters Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 2015 and 2017. In 2012, they obtained their SPHR from HRCI. Jenn received their B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside between 1997 and 2000.
