Federico Troiani is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Ritual. Federico has also held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Bulletproof 360, and Vice President, Brand & Digital Marketing - Nature Made Vitamins Brand at Pharmavite.

Federico has extensive experience in marketing, ecommerce, and innovation. At Bulletproof, they led the marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams. Federico was also responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that resulted in significant increases in sales and new customers.

At Pharmavite, Federico was in charge of marketing for the Nature Made brand, which includes 15 product lines and generates $1 billion in sales annually. Federico oversaw all aspects of acquisition marketing, including digital media, social media, TV, PR, influencer marketing, SEO, SEM, and CRM/email. In this role, they managed a team of 14 marketing specialists.

Federico’s experience and successes in marketing have positioned him well to lead Ritual to continued growth and success.

Federico Troiani has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an Industrial Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.

They are on a team with Sindura Chaparala - Chief of Staff, Nima Alamdari - Chief Scientific Officer, and Kimmie Torgerson - Senior Art Director. Federico Troiani reports to Katerina Schneider, CEO & Founder.
